摘要: Clostridium botulinum type A, B, and F toxins of different molecular sizes were fed to mice compare the oral toxicities. The progenitor toxin, a complex toxic nontoxic component, any was higher in toxicity than dissociated component or derivative toxin. former may no doubt play more important role pathogenesis food-borne botulism. possessed by including exceptionally high one found with B-L can be explained solely protection afforded attached component. possibility highest toxin humans is discussed.
