摘要: Oxygen is a critical environmental factor that regulates the fate of stem cells. In this review, our aims are twofold: (i) to consider contribution oxygen tension niches in which cells and their progeny find themselves have role determining fate, (ii) define regulatory networks control response stem/progenitor hypoxia, particularly those affect early embryonic cell specification hematopoietic development function.
