摘要: Neovascularization or new blood vessel formation is of utmost importance not only for tissue and organ development repair regeneration, but also pathological processes, such as tumour development. Despite this, the endothelial lineage, its origin, regulation function either intrinsically from stem cells extrinsically by proangiogenic supporting other elements within local specific microenvironmental niches are still fully understood. There can be no doubt that most tissues organs, revascularization represents holy grail repair, with autologous stem/progenitor cells, their counterparts products these all being attractive targets therapeutic intervention. Historically, a great deal controversy has surrounded identification origin factors contribute to revascularization, use biomarkers predict monitor damage progression responses, indeed efficacy in revascularizing repairing damaged tissues. Here, we will review role progenitor products, principally humans, diagnostic agents wound regeneration.
