摘要: The invention relates to a method for detecting 5-methylcytosine in genomic DNA samples. Firstly, from sample is chemically reacted with reagent, whereby and cytosine react differently. Afterwards, the pretreated amplified while using polymerase at least one primer. In next step, hybridized oligonucleotide forming duplex, same lengthened by nucleotide, nucleotide carries detectable tagging, lengthening subject methylation status of respective sample. following oligonucleotides are examined presence tagging.
