摘要: Abstract Determining the locations of facilities for prepositioning supplies to be used during a disaster is strategic decision that directly affects success response operations. Locating such close disaster-prone areas utmost importance minimize time. However, this also risky because facility may disrupted and hence not support demand point(s). In study, we develop an optimization model minimizes risk point exposed it supported by located facilities. The purpose choose reliable network points constructed. calculated as multiplication (probability the) threat (e.g., earthquake), vulnerability (the probability facilities), consequence (value or possible loss at due threat). computed using fault tree analysis incorporated into innovatively. To our knowledge, paper first use approach. resulting non-linear integer program linearized solved linear program. produced proposed are compared those p-center with respect value, coverage distance, covered population several test problems. applied in real problem. results indicate taking account explicitly create significant differences levels.
