摘要: We report on excitonic single photon emission and biexcitonic bunching from an InGaN quantum dot formed the apex of a hexagonal GaN micropyramid. An approach to suppress uncorrelated pyramid base is proposed, metal lm demonstrated eectively screen background thereby signicantly enhance signal-to-background ratio emission. As result, second order coherence function at zero time delay g(2)(0) reduced (to = 0.24, raw value) for autocorrelation temperature 12 K under continuous wave excitation, dominating survive up 50 K. The deterioration g(2)(0)-value elevated temperatures well understood as combined eect limited resolution setup. This result underlines great potential site controlled pyramidal dots sources fast polarized photons.
