摘要: We immunohistochemically examined 131 primary human lung adenocarcinomas for the possible presence of autocrine factors. Transforming growth factor alpha (TGF alpha) and epidermal (EGF) were considered factors with receptor (EGFR) as receptor. Of these tumors, 87 (66%) showed a high expression TGF alpha, 66 (50%) EGF, 55 (42%) positive EGFR reactivity. In EGFR-positive cases, 5-year survival rates patients low 36% 85%, respectively (P less than 0.05). The EGF 25% 77%, contrast, in EGFR-negative there was no statistical difference between either or EGF. Because mechanisms are present adenocarcinoma lung, events may contribute to clarification tumor development, perhaps even better prognosis.
