摘要: Although oligonucleotide chips, cDNA microarrays, differential display reverse transcription-PCR, and other approaches have been used to screen implantation-related molecules, the mechanism by which embryo implantation occurs is still unknown. The aim of this study was profile gene expression between interimplantation site in mouse uterus on day 5 pregnancy serial analysis (SAGE). In our two SAGE libraries 11-bp tags, total numbers tags sequenced were 48,121 for 50,227 site. There 1,039 specifically expressed at site, 1,252 Based p value, there 195 significantly up-regulated 261 100 genes single matched 127 respectively. By tag ratio verified 14 changed genes. Using situ hybridization, 1810014L12Rik, Psmb5, Cd63, Npm1, Fads3, Tagln2 shown be highly compared with Compared Ddx39 strongly subluminal stromal cells pregnancy. induced active blastocysts. Additionally, estrogen ovariectomized mice. data, many identified uterus. Our data could a valuable source future implantation.
