摘要: Concerns have been expressed about the weakness of T classification for laryngeal cancer, and cancers at other head neck sites, as cure rates reported in literature vary prognosis is not sufficiently related to values (BAILEY 1991; HARRISON 1988; PICCIRILLO 1995). Modern radiologic imaging methods assist pretreatment planning by defining extension infiltrating tumors better, and, moreover, quantitative evaluation tumor volume feasible. In this chapter use pretherapeutic coming a more refined estimation local outcome cancer after radiation treatment discussed.
