摘要: The tumors formed by rat C-6 glioma cells were isointense with the normal brain on precontrast T1 weighted magnetic resonance (MR) images. Following i.v. peripheral administration of MR imaging contrast agent gadolinium (Gd)-DTPA, there was no significant change in signal intensity from tissue. However, tumor appeared as areas high demonstrating abnormal vascular properties tumor. Fetal striatal tissue transplanted into unlesioned adult striatum host images and evidence for enhancement relative to following Gd-DTPA. Using this technique we found respect permeability an blood-brain barrier within transplant vivo.
