摘要: Abstract We have previously identified a high affinity site for glucose transport at the inner face of human red cell membrane, but validity our analysis has recently been criticized. now show that this criticism is in error. In addition, we analyse original data using three independent methods and estimates “affinity” were reliable. thus reaffirm existence site.
