摘要: The epidemiology and histopathology of human cancers studies animal models tumorigenesis have led to a widely-accepted notion that multiple genetic epigenetic changes accrue for the successful development malignant phenotype. Tumor growth expansion requires an ability not only proliferate, but also down-modulate cell death (apoptosis) activate angiogenesis produce tumor neovasculature. This review will describe interplay between apoptosis proliferation, as well characteristics angiogenic phenotype in two transgenic mouse multi-step tumorigenesis, namely, pancreatic islet carcinomas squamous skin.
