摘要: Abstract Immunostimulant effects have been demonstrated in mice following single injections of amphotericin B or methyl ester. Augmentation both humoral and cell-mediated immune responses helps to explain the beneficial therapeutic observed human murine neoplasms after administration amphotericin. Relevant its immunological adjuvant properties, produces striking reversible changes thymus splenic weights lymphoid organ histology. The chemical purity, nonimmunogenicity, permissible toxicity recommend it as a model for study cellular molecular mechanisms adjuvants.
