摘要: Bone formation induced by phosphoserine was investigated in vitro and vivo using MC3T3-E1 cells a rabbit calvarial osseous defect model. supplemented displayed two-fold higher alkaline phosphatase activity mineralization nodule formation, defects treated with showed statistically significant new bone compared the control (P < 0.05).
