摘要: RhoA regulates the actin cytoskeleton and expression of genes associated with cell proliferation. This includes c-fos c-jun, which are members AP1 family transcription factors that play a key role in normal aberrant growth. Whereas stimulates SRE by recently elucidated mechanism is dependent on treadmilling, how c-jun still poorly understood. We found through ROCK, but independently from ability ROCK to promote polymerization. Instead, we activates JNK, then phosphorylates c-Jun ATF2 when bound promoter. Thus, represents point signal divergence downstream RhoA, as it promotes reorganization consequent SRE, while parallel pathway connects thereby stimulating expression. Ultimately, these pathways converge nucleus regulate activity.
