摘要: Background: Studies of brain tumor development in experimental animal models have to date mostly been based on post-mortem histological examinations. The use magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) may provide a non-invasive technique for studying growth and treatment effects such models. However, most these studies performed purpose-dedicated small bore (MR) systems, high cost limited availability. purpose this study was thus obtain high-resolution images gliomas the rat brain, using clinical 1.5 T MR scanner.
