摘要: The effect of hydrocortisone (HC) on the formation granulocyte-macrophage (GM) colonies was assessed in vitro cultures normal human bone marrow. Subphysiological concentrations (less than or equal to 10(-8) mol/l) HC had no impact GM colony formation, but at physiological and therapeutic levels (10(-7) mol/l-10(-5) hormone stimulated production an increased number colonies. By contrast, progesterone (10(-9) mol/l-10(-7) were without even 10(-6) mol/l there influence alone formation. However, inhibited stimulant a degree which related inversely concentration duration culture interval. data from this study suggest that neutrophilia accompanies glucocorticosteroid therapy is matched by increase granulocytes may play role, mediated steroid receptors, regulation granulopoiesis.
