摘要: Abstract Individual heart and liver cells isolated from chick embryos labelled in ovo with 3H-thymidine were seeded, culture, onto the surfaces of unlabelled, embryonic tissue masses (both fragments cellular reaggregates). Single, cells, as observed autoradiographs, infiltrated interiors most cases. These results might be unexpected light previous experiments current notions ‘contact inhibition cell movement’.
