摘要: Characterization of thermoelectric modules is critical to validate device models, compare and optimize fabrication techniques, obtain parameters for system design. Four characterization methods found in the literature were compared experimentally first time using a single test stand developed characterize over wide range temperatures. The incorporates programmable electronic load that allows variety tests be performed. A module was tested steady-state, rapid Gao Minʼs constant heat rate, Buistʼs modified Harman methods. Here, we present differences observed offer preliminary explanation discrepancies.
