摘要: The study of the familial psychopathology in relatives restrictive anorexia nervosa (AN) probands whose diagnosis was verified during a long-term follow-up aimed at determining behavioural phenotypes with which AN could share genetic liability. DSM-III-R criteria used. lifetime rate clinical 1 % any eating disorders 2 female proband versus 0 control relatives. No case bulimia (BN) found heritability low (0.18) when only full-blown considered modest (0.36) also subthreshold added. There significantly higher rates anxiety (14.6 %) unipolar major depression (8.3 “schizo”-spectrum alcoholism (13.1 male compared controls.
