摘要: Overexpression or untimely expression of wild-type mutated protein growth factors and their receptors is associated with the biology malignant gliomas other types cancer. It may result in unchecked tumour cell proliferation, migration/invasion into normal tissue, angiogenesis, escape from immune surveillance, decreased apoptotic death, i.e. after treatment cytotoxic agents. This often involves activation factor either by simultaneous production corresponding on same adjacent cells constitutive receptor due to mutations. In several instances, cellular genes encoding these are homologous transforming genes/oncogenes tumourigenic retroviruses have thus been regarded as proto-oncogenes. recent years much progress has made towards a better understanding function molecules how they lead aggressive phenotype its inherent resistance adjuvant therapies. This, still insufficient, knowledge prerequisite for development novel therapies this non-curable disease. The aim review address relevant systems emphasis particular role glioma biology.
