摘要: Macrophages play an important role in the regulation of malignant tumors. Although glioma contains abundance macrophages, their apoptosis is not known. We stimulated macrophages with lipopolysaccharide and culture supernatants activated were collected to treat cells. The results showed that molecules released from significantly increased via Fas/FasL caspase-3 pathways. level soluble Fas did appear be involved mechanism responsible for seen this study, as its was barely detected both experimental control groups. Two cytokines, TNFalpha IFNgamma, elevated supernatant obtained macrophages. Considering these two induction mediated by system, present data suggested IFNgamma main trigger cascade apoptotic reactions In conclusion, study indicates provide significant signals stimulate expression caspase-3, which function induce
