摘要: Abstract The purpose of the present study was to define immunogenicity two transplantable rat gliomas, designated F98 and D74, relate this phenotype functional activity tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TIL). Fischer rats, immunized with irradiated tumor cells challenged intracerebral implants ten cells, had a median survival time 49 days compared 36 for nonimmunized controls. In contrast, no statistically significant increases in times were noted animals similarly D74 tumors. No vivo protection could be demonstrated cross-challenged either or glioma cells. Lymph node TIL, isolated from more cytolytically active than effector obtained D74-immunized animals. Phenotypes TIL gliomas rats 52% OX-8+ 21% W3/25+ 31% 19% Cytolytic against targets mediated by as determined cell depletion experiments. Limiting dilution analysis showed that cytolytic T-lymphocyte precursors at frequency 1/3547 specific targets, while natural killer cell-like low. Our data indicate immunogenic glioma, evidenced increased numbers their among TIL. This may explain part longer observed intracerebrally -challenged hosts.
