摘要: Abstract Introduction Vaccination is the best strategy to prevent rubella and congenital rubella. The aim of our study was assess immunity determine virus antibody titers in pregnant women who were offered a single dose vaccine at different ages their lives. Methods A total 15,067 IgG test results for Taiwanese received routine prenatal checkup Fooyin University Hospital from 1999 2014 analyzed this study. divided into five birth cohorts order compare seronegativities according period vaccination policy Taiwan. Results seronegativity rate 11.2% (95% CI: 10.7–11.7%) mean 51.0 IU/mL (SD = 54.7 IU/mL). junior school cohort has lowest 7.6% 6.9–8.2%). significantly high preschool 15-month-old cohort, 14.9% 13.2–16.6%) 14.8% 11.5–18.1%), respectively. OR values 2.1 1.8–2.5, p  Conclusion all native women. Women one have highest seronegativities. average titer. We recommend revised catch-up immunization younger age.
