摘要: Microglial response to transient focal ischemia was examined using an immunohistochemical method with a monoclonal antibody phosphotyrosine (P-Tyr). For this purpose, rat model of reversible middle cerebral artery occlusion for 1 h used. Compared results in the noninsulted hemisphere, there significant increase P-Tyr immunolabeling microglia insulted cortex 3 postreperfusion. This microglial reaction progressed up 24 after ischemic insult. In affected cortex, morphological changes positive were also observed, shortened and thickened processes, enlarged cell bodies, ameboid features. Cell density analysis did not show any apparent change number P-Tyr–positive at 6, 12, reperfusion, suggesting that cells increased immunoreactivity resident microglia. The present findings suggest signal transduction mediated by tyrosine phosphoryl...
