摘要: The control of haematopoietic colony-stimulating factors (CSF) gene expression by interleukin 1 (IL-1) and tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) in cultured endothelial cells was studied RNA hybridization nuclear transcription. Both IL-1 TNF-alpha induced, with somewhat different kinetics, a slow but marked accumulation granulocyte-macrophage (GM)- granulocyte (G)-CSF mRNAs cells; macrophage (M)-CSF mRNA increased more rapidly moderately. Simultaneous treatment maximally stimulating concentrations both had an additive effect on the three mRNAs, suggesting that mediators act via independent pathways. mechanism CSF explored run-on experiments, which showed increase GM-CSF, G-CSF M-CSF transcription to varying degrees.
