摘要: We tested the hypothesis that infiltrating leukocytes might contribute to papilloma destruction following podofilox treatment. New Zealand White (NZW) rabbits were inoculated with cottontail rabbit papillomavirus (CRPV) onto abraded areas of dorsal skin. At 21 d after viral inoculation, 5.0% solution was applied some papillomas, whereas others used as controls. Three sacrificed at each three different periods treatment initiation (1, 4, and 7 d). Four monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs), RG-16 (for B cells), L11/135 (specific for T 2C4 class II antigen), Ki67 proliferating in an immunohistochemical study. All positive cells total field counted ocular grid. After 1 treatment, proliferation strongly suppressed treated but leukocytic infiltration not altered. 4 there substantial increases (about two times) numbers – expressing leukocytes. The upper layers papillomas highly necrotic cell absent layers. These data support view has a direct toxic effect on tissue. Leukocyte is associated tissue may destruction.
