摘要: Chromosome shaping and individualization are necessary requisites to warrant the correct segregation of genomes in either mitotic or meiotic cell divisions. These processes mainly prompted vertebrates by three multiprotein complexes termed cohesin condensin I II. In present study we have analyzed immunostaining appearance subcellular distribution mouse chromosomes. Our results demonstrate that mitotically meiotically dividing cells, is loaded onto chromosomes prometaphase. Condensin detectable as a fuzzy axial structure running inside chromatids condensed The along chromosome length not uniform, since it preferentially accumulates close ends. Interestingly, these round accumulations found at axes termini colocalized with telomere complexes. Additionally, relative metaphase bivalents. All new data allowed us propose comprehensive model for structure.
