摘要: Abstract Neutropenia associated with intravenous vancomycin therapy is reported in a patient chronic myelogenous leukemia. The received 12 days of without incidence; however, second course initiated on hospital day 14 produced severe neutropenia. This delayed onset typical vancomycininduced neutropenia reversed, complications, as soon the was discontinued.
