摘要: Food allergy is a public health issue that has significantly increased worldwide in the past decade affecting consumers' quality of life and making increasing demands on service resources. Despite recent advances many areas diagnosis treatment, our general knowledge basic mechanisms disease remained limited, i.e., not at pace with exponential number new cases explosion technologies. For sensitized individuals, only effective way to prevent allergic reactions strict avoidance offending food. this reason, regulatory bodies several countries have recognized importance providing information about presence food allergens by enacting laws, regulations, or standards for labeling "priority allergens." This resulted need development analytical methods protection food-allergic consumers should be among others highly specific, sensitive, influenced matrix components. Several approaches target either allergen itself corresponding marker such as peptide fragment gene segment been used detection quantification products. In short review, some conventional are listed briefly discussed.
