摘要: Abstract To clarify the behaviour of thermally oxidized indium selenides; thermodynamic studies have been carried out using phase equilibrium diagram method. The experimental measurements selenides are summarised. It was established that oxidation In 1− x Se (with =3/7, 1/2 and 3/5) involves formation ternary oxide 2 (SeO 4 ) 3 as well with a higher value than in initial one.
