摘要: Members of the ErbB (epidermal growth factor receptor) family receptor tyrosine kinases are important in etiology human mammary carcinoma, and rational targets for cancer therapy. The frequent selection ErbB2/HER2/Neu, and, less often, epidermal receptor, ErbB3 overexpression breast implies that these receptors have functions normal development. Better understanding ErbBs development may yield dividends deployment therapies. roles their ligands discussed, with an emphasis on new insights from genetic analysis mice.
