摘要: Abstract A mild and efficient method for the synthesis of 1 H -chromeno[2,3- d ]pyrimidine-5-carboxamide derivatives via a one-pot, three-component reaction an isocyanide, barbituric acid, salicylaldehyde in presence acetic acid ethanol/water mixture at 75 °C is reported. This high atom economy led to construction one benzopyran ring, amide group single synthetic step.
