摘要: CD24, a cell surface protein originally identified in hematological malignancy, were found to be expressed large variety of solid tumors. It can function as ligand for P-selectin, an adhesion receptor on activated endothelial cells and platelets. Overexpression CD24 enhances the metastatic potential cancer cells. We examined expression 70 intrahepatic cholangiocarcinomas by immunohistochemistry correlated with clinicopathological parameters. was 36 (51%) cholangiocarcinomas. The did not significantly correlate tumor size, stage, lymph node distant metastasis. Patients positive tumors had significant shorter survival time. In multivariant analysis, stage independent prognostic factors. Our data suggest that cholangiocarcinoma is novel marker cholangiocarcinoma.
