摘要: Fatty acid (FA) composition was analyzed in muscle and gonad tissues of marketed common carp (Cyprinus carpio). The extracted lipids were separated into four fractions: polar (PL), diacylglycerols, free fatty acids triacylglycerols (TAG) using thin layer chromatography. FA content within the lipid fractions determined by gas chromatography with flame ionization detector (GC/FID). consisted primarily TAG (96.9% total FA), while PL major component both male (67.6%) female (58.6%) lipids. Polyunsaturated predominated all (52.2–55.8% FA); monounsaturated most abundant group (51.8%) gonads (47.8%) whereas high proportion furan (F-acids) (38.2%) detected gonads. Eight F-acids identified chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC/MS) samples, including less 12,15-epoxy-13,14-dimethylnonadeca-12,14-dienoic even-numbered alkyl moiety.
