摘要: Cystoscopy evokes discomfort and pain, especially in males. The cystoscopic retrograde approach is standard the removal of ureteral stents. However satisfaction degree pain during procedure according to use several controlling methods are unclear. This a cross-sectional survey 60 patients who underwent stent under intravenous analgesics (group 1, n = 20), midazolam induction 2, propofol 3, n = 20). Procedural post-procedure were determined, cost differences between approaches clarified. Group 2 3 showed significantly less than group 1 (P < 0.001) higher rate (P < 0.001). Comparison groups revealed (P < 0.001 for both). In 17 (85.0%) wanted other treatment modalities, compared eight (40.0%) no patients. Considering potential dissatisfaction rigid removal, procedures utilizing moderate sedation with or general anesthesia using without muscle relaxation should be considered. KCT0001260 .
