摘要: Angiogenesis is an indispensable mechanism in physiological and pathological development of tumors that requires adequate blood supply. Therefore, understanding the angiogenesis has become important research area to develop reliable effective therapies for treatment tumors. Although several vivo vitro models were developed used study underlying angiogenesis, they showed limited success. there urgent need build a stable cost-effective three-dimensional (3D) model investigate tumor formation. In this study, we designed 3D based on gelatin methacrylate (GelMA) hydrogel microwells mimic vivo-like microenvironment co-cultured glioblastoma endothelial cells. Our results confirmed formation microtubules during angiogenic process. We believe our platform can be high-throughput screening anti-angiogenesis drugs even better strategies.
