摘要: Abstract Every type of bio-resource has its specific and multi-tier applications. To promote resource efficiency complete use bio–resources the simplistic environmentally less valuable options must be replaced with technological solutions that contribute to development high added value products, while ensuring environmental sustainability. This paper proposes a methodology for evaluation various applications in order optimize bio-resources. The optimization target function is determination net present depending on product price growth, economic feasibility, sustainability, water energy consumption, operation maintenance parameters. incorporates system equations describe required investments at each level Simultaneously, impact application developed climate change evaluated. approbated identification opportunities Japanese quince ( Chaenomeles Japonica ) by-product valorization. Comparison four alternative scenarios proves applicability method determines highest lowest CO 2 emissions would case seed oil extraction facility existing food processing company.
