摘要: Abstract Marek's disease virus (MDV), which causes a lymphoproliferative in chickens, is known to induce host responses leading protection against manner dependent on genetic background of chickens and virulence the virus. In present study, changes spleen proteome at 7, 14 21 days post-infection response MDV infection were studied using two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Differentially expressed proteins identified one-dimensional liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (1D LC ESI MS/MS). Comparative analysis multiple gels revealed that majority had occurred early stages disease. total, 61 protein spots representing 48 detected as either quantitatively (false discovery rate (FDR) ≤ 0.05 fold change ≥ 2) or qualitatively differentially least once during different sampling points. Overall, study are involved variety cellular processes such antigen processing presentation, ubiquitin–proteasome degradation (UPP), formation cytoskeleton, metabolism, signal transduction regulation translation. Notably, characterized by UPP, presentation. Furthermore, indicative active cell proliferation well apoptosis together with significant cytoskeletal components observed throughout experimental period suggested complexity pathogenesis. The findings provide basis for further studies aimed elucidation role these interactions its host.
