摘要: The single-cell gel electrophoresis (comet assay) was used to evaluate the possibility of detecting single-strand breaks brain DNA in early phase ischemia. Four hours after occlusion middle cerebral artery (MCAO) rats, percentage migrating into comet tail (indicating presence breaks) increased from 11.4 ± 4.70 34.7 9.2 (means SD) caudate and 9.9 4.3 42.8 14.1 cortex.
