摘要: Parameters of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA; leucine, isoleucine and valine) protein metabolism were evaluated using L-[1-(14)C]leucine alpha-keto[1-(14)C]isocaproate (KIC) in the whole body isolated perfused liver (IPL) rats fed ad libitum or starved for 3 days. Starvation caused a significant increase plasma BCAA levels decrease leucine appearance from proteolysis, incorporation into proteins, oxidation, leucine-oxidized fraction, clearance. Protein synthesis decreased significantly skeletal muscle liver. There no differences KIC oxidation by IPL. In animals, net release tyrosine IPL was observed, while effect on other non-significant. We conclude that protein-sparing phase uncomplicated starvation is associated with whole-body synthesis, acid (BCAA) The animals results part catabolism, particularly heart muscles, hepatic tissue.
