摘要: Previously, we demonstrated that treatment with E7(44–62) and the adjuvant polyinosinic-cytidylic acid (poly(I:C)) in a rodent model generates antitumor immune responses, but effect of poly(I:C) on natural killer (NK)- dendritic cell (DC)-mediated activities is still unclear. Our goal was to examine effects poly(I:C). We examined ability induce toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) expression, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) mRNA cell-killing activity human NK cells as well its CD11c CD86 expression proliferation DCs. found markedly increased TLR3 cytotoxicity against HeLa NK92 cells. Moreover, up-regulated IFN-γ TNF-α Human patients cervical cancer exhibited marked decrease frequency DCs; however, ex vivo restored DC frequency. Stimulation DCs led high levels expression. data reveal involvement combined potentiating cytokine-producing
