摘要: To determine the seismic site conditions and microzonation of Chuncheon, Wonju Gangneung cities in Gangwon Province, Korea, dispersion curves Rayleigh waves were derived at 313 sites by extended spatial autocorrelation (ESPAC) method. Using shear-wave velocities (Vs) determined from curves, average depth to bedrock (Db) Vs top (Vsb), overburden layer (Vso) 30 m (Vs30) determined. The resonance frequencies (fr) then computed using both Db Vso. estimated averages three 13 ± 7 m for Db, 472 ± 109 m/s Vsb, 248 ± 44 m/s Vso, 411 ± 157 m/s Vs30 5.8 ± 2.8 Hz fr. Microzonation maps based on proxy-based indicated that mainly categorised into National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program (NEHRP) classes B, C D, with a minor proportion A. Although no area was be class E Vs30, values recorded 13 less than 180 m/s. This indicates greater vulnerability amplification during large earthquakes this city, which had smallest fr, greatest cities. maps, together information can effectively used risk assessments, urban planning, disaster management.
