摘要: Background: Good-quality data is required for valid and reliable key performance indicators. Little known of the facilitators barriers capturing emergency department This study aimed to explore understand how current collection systems relevant indicators are integrated into routine service delivery, identify resources capture these elements. Methods: Following pilot testing, we conducted two focus groups with a multi-disciplinary panel 14 stakeholders drawn from urban rural departments, respectively. Focus were analyzed using Attride–Stirling’s framework thematic network analysis. Results: The global theme “Understanding systems” emerged three organizing themes: “understanding systems”; “achieving ideal system implementation indicators”; “emergency monitoring purposes within wider context”. Conclusion: pathways improving include upgrading information investment in hardware technology managers. Educating outside regarding importance as hospital-wide underpins successful
