摘要: To elucidate the possible regulation of endometrial growth, we investigated expression tenascin, an extracellular matrix protein associated with cell proliferation and morphogenetic events, in relation to mitotic marker ki-67 antigen human endometrium throughout menstrual cycle. The tissue was obtained from women regular menstruation undergoing hysterectomy due benign uterine disease. Cryostat sections were subjected double immunohistochemistry detect both tenascin ki-67. During proliferative phase, intense deposition fibrils occurred stroma immediately subjacent epithelium that showed highest proportion positive cells. In secretory amount index markedly reduced. topological immunoreactivity however, clearly related localization close tortuous gland spiral artery. Expression showing changes depending on appears be influenced by ovarian steroid hormones, it might play a role regulating development interaction
