摘要: Sporadic colon cancers develop as a result of sequence genetic events that cause mutation or deletion key regulator genes, resulting first in hyperplasia, then adenoma, and subsequently, carcinoma metastasis. This can occur mutations causing loss heterozygosity genes such FAP, DCC, K-ras, p53 themselves, from damage to the mismatch repair allow cell errors DNA. Genes with role carcinogenesis include more recently understood matrix-metalloproteinases, Bcl-2, VEGF, some which may provide potential prognostic information targets for novel therapies.
