摘要: Protein kinases are enzymes that important for controlling cellular growth and invasion1, their malfunction is implicated in the development of some tumours. We analysed human colorectal cancers genetic mutations 340 serine/threonine found eight genes, including three members phosphatidylinositol-3-OH kinase (PI(3)K) pathway. The discovery this mutational activation a key cell-signalling pathway may provide new targets therapeutic intervention.
