摘要: To test the relationship between concentration of epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptors and tumor in vivo, we measured rate several independently isolated A431 cell lines athymic mice. This series clonal variants with differing extents EGF receptor gene amplification protein expression were implanted into mice time to solid formation measured.
