When considering lives of organizations healthcare industry, we can add another sure thing to this list: change. various sectors make up broader industry have undergone unrelenting dramatic change over last two decades. Federal state regulatory shifts, innovative new medical technologies, emergence evolution managed care, continued social demographic transformation all been accompanied by major reconfiguration system, organization, delivery health care. Nowhere has felt more than multitude different industry. Historical, regulatory, geographic boundaries traditionally divided toppled, creating opportunities for expand outside their traditional domains. Traditionally focal point care delivery, hospitals seen markets invaded physician group practices a variety sub-acute providers.
