摘要: Abnormal activation of the Ras/Raf/Mek/Erk signaling cascade plays an important role in glioma. Inhibition this aberrant activity could effectively hinder glioma cell proliferation and promote apoptosis. To investigate mechanism glioblastoma treatment by neural stem transplantation with respect to pathway, C6 cells were prepared suspension then infused into rat brain establish a model. Neural isolated from fetal rats injected Results showed that Raf-1, Erk Bcl-2 protein expression significantly increased, while Caspase-3 decreased. After cells, decreased, increased. Our findings indicate may apoptosis inhibiting signaling, thus represent novel approach for glioblastoma.
